Sardar Khalid Afsar Khan belongs to a well-reputed business oriented and political family of AJK, who has the honor to serve their people, from the inception of largest transport service to the highest positions of Prime Minister & President ship, in different times.
Mr. Khalid Afsar stepped into business career in the earlier days of his Asghar Mall College’s life. By starting first construction project in 1995, Khalid founded AK Builders Private Limited which has delivered many projects from residential units to commercial.
He is honored to organize 1st ever Mehfil e Naat in Jinnah Convention Centre Islmabad in 2011 and in the historic Liaqat Bagh, Rawalpindi in 2012.
Khalid Initiate Tourism Development by building a motel in his patrimonial area of AJK in 2016, which is located at an altitude of 8500 ft from sea level near the beautiful – Tolipeer Rawalakot AJK.
For the first time in the history organized Jeep Rallies, all the way from Rawalpindi to Tolipeer with a large number of participants from different areas of Pakistan with off road vehicles, to promote tourism and show solidarity to the people of Kashmir.
Besides other social works in his capacity, he is an active part of ICSF which is working not only to provide financial, moral, social and all kinds of help to needy neglected and poor people of the society but also on the skills development.
Khalid Afsar always lead from the front and proved himself “a man of commitment” in any and every circumstances, that is the reason AK Builders has a large number of repetitive clients; including the one from whom’s project the journey of AK Builders started.
