Tolipeer is most accessible during the summer months; the weather is generally pleasant but becomes colder from October through March. The area’s natural beauty is at its peak from April to September.
Toli Pir (تولی پیر) is a hilltop area situated in Tehsil Rawalakot in the Poonch District of Azad Kashmir. Its approximate height is about 8800 ft above sea level. It is about 30 km, or a 40/45 minute drive, from Rawalakot in Azad Kashmir. Abbaspur, Bagh and Poonch River can be viewed from Toli Pir.
An historic & first of its kind event to show solidarity to the people of Indian Occupied Kashmir & to promote tourism in the region, a huge number of people from different areas of Pakistan including Quetta, Laki Marwat, D.I Khan, Multan, Lahore, Chakwal, Jehlum, Rawalpindi & Islamabad in a convoy of 4×4 vehicles reached AJK.
